Victory Park is home to the American Airlines Center and House of Blues, so sports and entertainment options draw people here from all over Dallas. The people who gravitate to this exciting neighborhood tend to be sports fanatics, concert goers, foodies and those who appreciate a panoramic view from one of the many new, striking high-rises.

To get you acquainted with the area, we wanted to share some of our favorite spots:
Sports fanatic? You’re in the right neighborhood (and best of all, you don’t have to battle it out for parking). If live music is your thing, Victory Park can’t be beat. With the American Airlines Center and House of Blues, the best shows are just steps away. (Picture: The House of Blues)
The Perot Museum of Nature & Science has eleven permanent exhibit halls and six learning labs. It’s perfect for tapping into your inner nerd. Or, if you want to be entertained from the comfort of reclining leather seats, check out the latest movie at Cinepolis Luxury Cinemas and order from a gourmet menu with in-theater waiter service.
If you need to get outside, the Katy Trail, a scenic trail, runs right through Victory Park and has been called Dallas’s favorite outdoor escape. Hop on your bike, go for a run, or just watch the world pass by.

Why You’ll Love It
Victory Park offers the best of both worlds. Easy access to the Katy Trail lets you enjoy outdoor living while the nearby American Airlines Center and House of Blues showcase world-class sports and entertainment. Amazing shopping and dining options are also located throughout the walkable neighborhood!
Why You Won’t
We’ll be honest; when there’s a big event at the American Airlines Center, the crowds can get quite large. Expect some congestion for major sporting events.
