Why We’re Obsessed:

The 1920‘s era details! Amazing crown molding, original light fixtures plus beautifully restored mahogany hardwood floors and tile. Common areas include lush gardens, fabulous fountains and ornate fireplaces. All Units are updated with the latest stainless steel appliances, high speed internet and are cable ready.

Fun Facts:

The Los Altos Apartments were built in 1925 and originally served as a high-end extended stay hotel. Old time stars and business moguls such as Clara Bow, Bette Davis, Mae West, Douglas Fairbanks and William Randolph Hearst once called The Los Altos Apartments home. The building is also on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places and is Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument #311. Check out the original ads for the building in the LA Times in 1926.

About the Neighborhood:

Smack dab in the middle of Los Angeles lies Windsor Square which is adjacent to Korea town and trendy Larchmont Village. Easy access to downtown via Wilshire or to the Wilshire/Western Metro station. Want to work out? You are walking distance to a 24 Hour Fitness. Want culture? Check out a show at the nearby Wiltern.
